Rising Star Parents,   

Welcome to all new Rising Star parents!   Welcome back to all veteran parents.

As most of you are aware, Rising Star does NOT participate in any fundraising events.   The money to support our organization comes directly from registration fees, donations, and the ever so popular, Snack Shack.   The Snack Shack is our concession stand and we need your help!  

The Snack Shack is stocked from food and monetary donations by Rising Star parents.   The fall soccer season is upon us and we need to get the Snack Shack up and running.   Please consider donating either food items (see list below) or by giving a monetary contribution to keep our club fundraiser free.   The thought of selling cookie dough or pizzas makes my skin crawl!

Listed below is an inventory of items that we need.   Please consider a value of $5-10 per child when making your contribution.   Feel free to contact me directly if you wish to find out which items are most in need.     

Gatorade (16 oz bottles), Water (16 oz bottles), Soda (12 oz cans), Snack Bags (Doritos, chips, pretzels, etc.), Candy, Hot Dogs/Buns , Donuts (on Saturday mornings),Misc. Items- paper towels, cleaning wipes, hot chocolate, napkins, paper plates, trash bags (need limited quantities of these items)

All donations can be dropped at the Snack Shack.  We appreciate your help!  Also, look for our Snack Shack newsletter that will be published throughout the season.   Lastly, don’t forget to stop into the Shack for your snack needs.   We look forward to seeing you and your children!

p.s. The sno cone machine is up and running!   Your kids will be very happy J
